a. Map showing the sampling locations in Karnataka, India. The collection sites included were Bangalore Urban and Kolar districts in Karnataka, India. The samples were collected from Mavallipura (one location, four samples) and Muthagada halli (two locations, three samples per colaction) villages from Bnagalore Urban district and Rajakallahalli (one location, six samples) and Madderi Malllandahalli (one location, three samples) from Kolar districts. b.
