Blocks of the same color are connected between genomes to highlight conserved regions. The position of a block—either above or below the center line of a genome—indicates its orientation. Blocks drawn below the line in a given genome are inverted relative to the reference orientation. For this analysis, all genomes have been oriented to maximize collinearity.
