Figure 3 shows the phylogenetic tree based on the full-length sequences of the ORF1ab, 3ab, E, M, 5ab, and N genes of infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) isolates from Saudi Arabia. The trees were constructed via the maximum likelihood method with 1000 bootstrap replications to ensure robust statistical support. Isolates from the current study are shown in red
